Admission Criteria - Classes PP to IX
1. Vacancy
Admission shall be subject to the availability of seats and strictly in accordance with
CBSE / Government rules and regulations.
2. Age Criteria
Admission shall be granted strictly in accordance with the minimum and maximum age limits
prescribed by the Directorate of Education (DoE) for respective class, as on 31st March of the relevant academic year.

Any age relaxation, if applicable, shall be considered only as per DoE / CBSE norms.
For classes other than Pre-Primary, the age mentioned in the Transfer Certificate issued by CBSE recognized school shall be accepted. However, submission of Birth Certificate is mandatory to be submitted at the time of admission.

3. Submission of Documents
Parents / Guardians are required to submit self-attested copies of the following documents at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate of the child (for age proof)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (mandatory for Class I onwards)
- Academic record / Report Card of the last school attended
- Proof of Residential Address
- Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC), if applicable
- Aadhaar / UID Card of child & parents
Accepted Proof of Address (as per DoE Guidelines):
Any one of the following documents reflecting the current residential address:
- Ration Card issued in the name of parents (with child's name, if available)
- Domicile Certificate of the child or parents
- Voter ID (EPIC) of either parent
- Electricity / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill (issued within the last three months)
- Aadhaar / UID Card of the child or parents
- Passport of child or either parent
4. Entrance Test / Interaction
- Admission to Classes may involve a written entrance test and/or interaction depending on seat availability and class requirements.
- The assessment is conducted to evaluate the child's academic readiness and suitability for the applied class
- The syllabus and pattern shall be age-appropriate and as per CBSE guidelines.
5. EWS / DG Category Admissions
Admissions under EWS / DG Category are regulated by the Directorate of Education (DoE).
No admissions under this category are granted by the school.
Important Note:
- Grant of admission is subject to verification of original documents.
- The school reserves the right to cancel admission in case of any information or documents submitted is found to be incorrect, false or misleading.
- All admissions are provisional and strictly governed by DoE and CBSE regulations, as amended from time to time.
